FAQ
We know choosing the right service for your vehicle or property comes with a lot of questions. We’ve put together answers to the most common ones so you can feel confident and informed before you ever step through our doors.
Auto Detailing
What’s the difference between a basic wash and a full detail?
A basic wash cleans the exterior surface, while a full detail is a comprehensive, multi-step process that includes deep cleaning, clay bar treatment, polishing, and protection for both the interior and exterior. A full detail restores your vehicle to like-new condition.
How often should I get my car detailed?
We recommend a full detail every 4 to 6 months to maintain your vehicle’s appearance and protect its surfaces. Between full details, regular maintenance washes can help extend the results and keep your car looking great.
Do you offer interior-only or exterior-only detail packages?
Yes, we offer flexible packages including interior-only, exterior-only, and full combo details. Whether you need your leather conditioned, your carpets deep-cleaned, or your paint polished and sealed, we have a package that fits.
How long does a full detail take?
A standard full detail typically takes 3 to 6 hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Heavily neglected vehicles or those requiring extra attention may take longer. We’ll give you an accurate time estimate during booking.
Can detailing remove pet hair, stains, and odors?
Yes! Our interior detailing process includes specialized tools and products designed to extract pet hair, lift stubborn stains, and neutralize odors. For severe odor issues, we also offer ozone treatment as an add-on for a complete refresh.
Automotive Window Tint
What types of window tint film do you offer?
We offer a range of films including dyed, carbon, and ceramic window tint. Our ceramic tint is our most popular option, providing superior heat rejection, UV protection, and clarity without interfering with electronic signals.
Is window tint legal in my state?
Tint laws vary by state and specify how dark you can go on each window. During your consultation, we’ll walk you through the legal limits for your area and help you choose a shade that gives you maximum privacy and protection while staying compliant.
How long does automotive window tint take to install?
Most vehicles can be completed in 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the number of windows and the type of vehicle. Larger SUVs and trucks may take a bit longer. We recommend leaving your vehicle with us for the best results.
How long does it take for the tint to fully cure?
Tint typically takes 3 to 5 days to fully cure in warm weather and up to 2 to 4 weeks in cooler conditions. During the curing process, you may notice small water bubbles or a hazy appearance — this is completely normal and will clear up on its own.
Do you offer a warranty on your window tint?
Yes! We stand behind our work with a manufacturer-backed warranty that covers bubbling, peeling, cracking, and discoloration. Warranty terms depend on the film you choose — ask us for full details during your appointment.
Ceramic Coating / Paint Correction
How long does the ceramic coating process take?
A full paint correction and ceramic coating application typically takes 1 to 3 days depending on the condition of your paint and the level of correction needed. This is a meticulous process — we take our time to ensure showroom-quality results.
What is ceramic coating and how does it protect my vehicle?
Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds to your vehicle’s paint, creating a durable, hydrophobic layer of protection. It shields against UV damage, chemical stains, bird droppings, and minor scratches while giving your car a long-lasting, deep gloss finish.
What is paint correction and do I need it before a ceramic coating?
Paint correction is the process of removing swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and other imperfections from your paint through machine polishing. We highly recommend it before applying a ceramic coating so the coating locks in a flawless finish rather than sealing in existing defects.
How long does a ceramic coating last?
Depending on the package you choose and how well the vehicle is maintained, a professional ceramic coating can last anywhere from 2 to 7+ years. We offer different tiers to fit your needs and budget, and we’ll guide you on proper maintenance to maximize longevity.
Can I wash my car normally after getting a ceramic coating?
Yes, but we recommend using pH-neutral car wash soaps and avoiding automatic car washes with abrasive brushes. Hand washing or touchless washes are ideal. We’ll send you home with detailed aftercare instructions to keep your coating performing its best.
PPF
What is Paint Protection Film (PPF)?
PPF is a virtually invisible, self-healing urethane film applied to your vehicle’s exterior to protect against rock chips, road debris, bug splatter, and minor abrasions. It preserves your factory paint and keeps your car looking new.
What areas of the car can PPF be applied to?
PPF can be applied to any painted surface. The most common areas include the front bumper, hood, fenders, side mirrors, rocker panels, and door edges. We also offer full-body PPF wraps for maximum protection.
What does “self-healing” mean?
Our premium PPF features self-healing technology, which means minor scratches and swirl marks in the film disappear on their own when exposed to heat — whether from the sun, warm water, or a heat gun. This keeps the film looking fresh and clear over time.
How long does PPF last?
With proper care, high-quality PPF can last 7 to 10+ years. Our films come with a manufacturer’s warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, and staining, giving you peace of mind for years to come.
Can PPF be applied over a ceramic coating or vice versa?
Yes! In fact, we recommend applying a ceramic coating on top of your PPF. This adds an extra layer of hydrophobic protection and gloss to the film, making it easier to clean and even more resistant to contamination.
Residential / Commercial Window Tint
What are the benefits of tinting my home or office windows?
Window tint reduces heat and glare, blocks up to 99% of harmful UV rays, lowers energy costs, and protects your furniture, flooring, and décor from fading. It also adds an extra layer of privacy and can enhance the overall look of your property.
Will window tint make my rooms too dark?
Not at all. We offer a variety of shades and film types, including virtually clear ceramic films that reject significant heat while maintaining natural light. We’ll help you find the perfect balance of light, privacy, and performance for each room or space.
How long does residential or commercial tint installation take?
Timing depends on the number and size of windows. A typical home can be completed in half a day, while larger commercial projects may take one to two days. We’ll provide a time estimate after assessing your property.
Can window tint help lower my energy bills?
Absolutely. By blocking solar heat, window tint reduces the strain on your HVAC system, which can lead to noticeable savings on your monthly energy bills — especially during the summer months.
Will window film damage my windows or void any glass warranty?
When professionally installed with the correct film type, window tint will not damage your glass. We carefully match the film to your window type (including dual-pane and low-E glass) to ensure safe, long-lasting results.
